Cranberry Pork Chops Recipe

Enjoy this colourful dish with rice or roasted potatoes for a warm winter meal.

Ingredients

4-6 pork chops (1 inch thick)
2 cups cranberries
1/3 cup honey
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Preperation

Brown both sides of pork chops with a little salt and pepper.  Then transfer to a shallow baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix all the other ingredients (cranberries, honey, cloves and nutmeg).  Pour on top of pork and bake in a preheated at 300 F for 30-45 minutes until pork is done.
